Preamble

I'm adding Google Analytics to this site in order to see how many visitors this site (counting various subdomains) gets and where traffic is coming from. The Google Analytics Terms of Service Agreement has the following requirement in section 7, which I'm attempting to follow by writing this privacy policy.

You must post a Privacy Policy and that Privacy Policy must provide notice of Your use of cookies that are used to collect data. You must disclose the use of Google Analytics, and how it collects and processes data. This can be done by displaying a prominent link to the site “How Google uses data when you use our partners' sites or apps”, (located at www.google.com/policies/privacy/partners/, or any other URL Google may provide from time to time).

Policy

1. This is a Privacy Policy, consisting of numbered statements.
2. This site uses cookies that collect data.
3. This site uses Google Analytics, which collects and processes data as described at “How Google uses data when you use our partners' sites or apps”.
4. I may share, sell, disclose, analyze, or otherwise use any data collected for any legal purpose.
5. This Privacy Policy applies to all pages on refola.com or its subdomains, even when accessed via sites.google.com.
